Meet our Founder, Jade.

Jade is a certified adapted physical educator, adaptive personal trainer, and proud member of the U.S. Air Force Reserve with a deep commitment to inclusive wellness. She founded Grace Fitness and Athletics to redefine accessible fitness—creating environments where individuals with disabilities and health conditions are supported to lead, grow, and feel truly seen.

With a Master’s in Kinesiology for Individuals with Disabilities, a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with minors in Special Education and Sociology, and an Associate’s in Human Resource Management, Jade brings both expertise and heart to her work. Her experience spans designing adaptive fitness plans, leading group wellness classes, and supporting educators in inclusive physical education.

From her time at the Virginia Institute of Autism to her work in public schools, Jade has made it her mission to ensure that every athlete—regardless of ability—feels seen, supported, and strong. Through Grace Fitness and Athletics, she invites you to join a community grounded in safety, inclusion, and the belief that wellness should be for everyone.

As Jade’s former mentor, I have seen her grow as an insightful and caring professional in the world of disability. She thoughtfully uses the resources around her, like equipment and instructional supports, to engage individuals with disabilities. One thing that I have learned is that Jade’s energy and passion are contagious. When I am in the same space and interacting with her, I feel pumped up and have a rush of positive affirmations, “I can do this!” I cannot wait to see the impact she will have in her community.
