We provide accessible resources designed to support caregivers, educators, and organizations working with individuals of all abilities. All resources are designed to be practical, adaptable, and easy to implement across home, school, and community settings.

Wellness Wednesday is a free, midday movement class offered in collaboration with Bethany Baptist Church, designed primarily to support the senior population and promote healthy, active living in a safe and welcoming environment.

This class focuses on low-impact exercises such as chair aerobics, stretching, balance work, and gentle strength movements to support mobility, independence, and overall wellness. Each session is structured to be accessible, supportive, and adaptable for a variety of fitness levels and abilities.

While it is primarily designed for seniors, Wellness Wednesday is open to anyone in the community seeking a gentle, inclusive, and supportive movement experience. All fitness levels are welcome.
